Absolutely--the barbeque lunch is a family event.
Lunch is included in the registration fee.
Additional family members are $5 for children and $7
for unregistered spouses. You can pay for
additional family members with your registration fee
or at the door, but either way we must have a head
count by July 15.
6)
How can I make a
donation to the reunion?
Your donations can help pay the
way for classmates facing financial difficulties, or
for our teachers, whom we've invited as our guests.
Donations, like registrations, should be made out to
"REHS Reunion" and mailed to Vickie Gray Lynch at
1585
Teal Wing Lane,
Cordova, TN 38016.
7) Can
you tell me more about the class photo mentioned on
the Registration Form?
During the Saturday night
banquet, a professional photographer will take group
photos of each of the five classes. One end of
the banquet hall will be set up for the photos, and
the process will start while we're still eating
dinner so we can get the photos taken before the
music starts. The cost of $12 for an 8 x 10
includes shipping and handling, so it's not a bad
price. Please remember that you must pay for
the photo in advance--no money will be taken the
night of the banquet.
8)
I paid for a
group photo at the 1999 combined reunion and never
got it. How do I know that won't happen again?
The photographers we're using
this year--Greg and Kathy Daniel Patterson--are
known personally by a dozen or more REHS alums.
9)
I can't come to the
reunion, but I would like a copy of my class's group
photo.
No problem. Just print
out the Registration Form (see link above), mark
what you want, and send it in with your check.
The address is on the form. Please note that
photos must be paid for in advance.
10)
I
attended REHS but then transferred to another
school. Am I still invited?
Yes, you're invited to the
reunion even if you only attended REHS for one year,
as long as you were a member of the Classes of
1973-1977 when you were there.
11)
I attended REHS but graduated in 1979. Am I
invited?
We're sorry, but in order to
plan things properly, we had to set a cut-off point
early in the process. However, please see the
next question.
12)
I graduated from
REHS in 1975 and my younger brother graduated from
REHS in 1978. Can he attend the reunion?
Yes, younger siblings of
members of the Classes of 1973-1977 who attended
REHS may attend the reunion on a first-come,
first-served basis. If we have to turn anyone away,
they will be notified by July 1 and their money
fully refunded.
13)
Can I register
as a couple with a fellow classmate or REHS sibling?
The price break for couples is
meant for classmates who are bringing spouses or
guests who are not classmates. You should not
register as a couple with a fellow classmate unless
you are married to them.
14)
I've gotten fat and gone bald. Will I feel
comfortable coming to the reunion?
Well, geez, have you SEEN
some of the photos on this website? If you're
fat and bald, come join the crowd! Seriously,
your friends would rather see you as you are than
not see you at all, so please join us. After
all, don't forget this year's reunion theme:
"Who are all you old people,
and what have you done with the kids I knew in high
school???"
